This role is responsible for engagement planning, technical review, quality assurance, and coordination with U.S.-based partners and managers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead audit engagements from planning through completion, including risk assessment and internal control evaluationReview audit workpapers, financial statements, and disclosures for accuracy and complianceManage client timelines, deliverables, and communicationsSupervise and mentor supervisors, seniors, and associatesResolve complex accounting and auditing issuesEnsure audit documentation meets professional and regulatory standardsDrive continuous improvement and adoption of audit tools and technologiesTeam Leadership & People ManagementCoach and develop offshore audit teams supporting U.S. engagementsConduct performance evaluations and workforce planningIdentify training needs and uphold quality standardsMaintain team morale and utilization during peak periodsQualifications10+ years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferredCA/CPA preferred but not requiredExpert knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, PCAOB, and AICPA standardsStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsBenefits & PerksHealth Insurance for you and your dependents including parentsProvident FundGenerous Leave Policy and Paid Holidays per Calendar Year
