This role is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can confidently manage projects end-to-end while maintaining high standards of design, compliance, and coordination.You will play a key role in design development, technical delivery, consultant coordination, and client engagement, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architectural projects across RIBA Stages 0–7Develop creative and technically sound design proposalsPrepare and review planning, tender, and construction documentationCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients in a remote settingEnsure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policiesConduct and lead virtual meetings, presentations, and coordination sessionsCarry out site visits where required (travel may be necessary)Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharingMaintain strong quality assurance standards and detailed project documentationRequired Qualifications / What We're Looking ForARB-registered Architect or equivalent international qualification2–5 years of post-qualification experienceProven experience working on UK-based architectural projectsProficiency in Revit (essential) and AutoCADStrong understanding of BIM workflows and collaborative toolsSolid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailingExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong time management and ability to work independentlyComfortable working in a fully remote, distributed team environmentStrong written and verbal English proficiencyPreferred Skills / Nice to HaveExperience in residential and mixed-use developmentsKnowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., Passivhaus, BREEAM)Contract administration experienceFamiliarity with NBS specification writingExperience mentoring or supporting junior team membersWork ScheduleMonday to Friday08:00 – 17:00 GMT12:30 PM - 09:30 PM ISTBenefits / What We OfferAnnual Competitive salary: INR 18,00,000 – INR 25,00,000 Fully remote working environmentOpportunity to work on international (UK-based) projectsExposure to cutting-edge digital design and BIM workflowsSupportive, collaborative, and growth-focused team cultureOngoing professional development and learning opportunities
