With a strong digital-first presence and a loyal customer base, the brand is now scaling aggressively across Quick Commerce platforms, aiming to build a dominant category presence.About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader to head the Quick Commerce vertical. This role requires someone who has built and scaled a business from scratch, with complete ownership of P&L, growth strategy, and team leadership.Job Description1. Business Strategy & GrowthDefine and execute the overall quick commerce strategy aligned with company growth goals.Identify new opportunities across categories, cities, and platformsDrive topline growth while ensuring profitability2. P&L OwnershipOwn revenue, margins, and cost structures for the quick commerce channel.Optimize pricing, promotions, and trade spends to maximize ROI.Monitor and improve contribution margins3. Platform ManagementBuild and manage strong relationships with key quick commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, etc.)Negotiate commercial terms, visibility, and campaign placementsEnsure strong brand presence and discoverability across platforms4. Assortment & Inventory PlanningDrive assortment planning specific to quick commerce (high-velocity SKUs, bundles, etc.)Work closely with supply chain and operations to ensure high fill rates and minimal stock-outsOptimize inventory turns and reduce wastage5. Sales & Demand PlanningForecast demand and align supply accordingly.Plan and execute platform-specific campaigns, offers, and seasonal pushes.Track daily/weekly performance metrics and take corrective actions.6. Cross-functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, supply chain, finance, and product teamsAlign on launches, promotions, and inventory readinessEnsure seamless execution across functions7. Data & AnalyticsLeverage data to drive decision-making across pricing, assortment, and campaignsTrack KPIs such as GMV, AOV, conversion rates, fill rates, and marginsBuild dashboards and reporting mechanisms8. Team LeadershipBuild and lead a high-performing quick commerce teamSet clear goals, KPIs, and performance metricsWhat We’re Looking For7+ years of experience in D2C / startup / new-age brandsProven track record of scaling a brand on Quick Commerce from scratchStrong understanding of P&L ownership and unit economicsHands-on experience working with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, etc.Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentStrong leadership and stakeholder management skillsAnalytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving
