Job SummaryThe Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the analysis, development, and enhancement of financial logic and analytics frameworks used within digital financial products.The role focuses on translating financial data and market insights into structured analytical outputs, including financial ratios, scoring inputs, portfolio metrics, and supporting models. The Financial Analyst works closely with the Financial & Analytics Lead and cross-functional teams to ensure that financial tools are accurate, consistent, and aligned with defined methodologies.This position plays a key role in executing financial models, validating outputs, and supporting the continuous improvement of analytics features.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES1. Financial Analysis and Model Support· Perform financial analysis on equities, ETFs, indices, and related instruments.· Support the development and maintenance of financial models, including ratios, risk metrics, and performance calculations.· Assist in implementing defined financial frameworks and methodologies.2. Product Feature Support· Work with product management to support the development of analytics-driven features.· Contribute to defining inputs, outputs, and logic for financial tools such as screeners and scoring systems.· Ensure alignment between financial outputs and product requirements.3. Data Validation and Accuracy· Validate financial data, calculations, and outputs across tools and features.· Identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and data quality issues.· Perform checks to ensure outputs align with defined financial logic and standards.4. Analytics and Reporting· Generate analytical outputs including financial ratios, portfolio metrics, and performance summaries.· Support the monitoring of analytics-related KPIs and product performance metrics.· Assist in preparing internal reports and insights for product and management teams.5. Market Research and Benchmarking· Conduct research on financial markets, instruments, and analytical methodologies.· Benchmark financial tools and outputs against industry practices.· Support the identification of enhancements to existing financial models and features.6. Collaboration with Technical Teams· Work with engineering and data teams to support the implementation of financial logic.· Provide clear explanations of financial calculations and requirements.· Assist in translating financial models into structured data and system logic.7. Documentation and Support· Maintain documentation for financial models, calculations, and assumptions.· Support the Financial & Analytics Lead in building and updating the financial logic repository.· Ensure clarity and consistency in all documented methodologies.8.
