This role is responsible for coordination, communication, and maintaining hygiene across change management, incidents, reporting, and cross‑team collaboration. The PM1 will work closely across stakeholders from product, engineering, marketing, finance and legal teams to ensure timely closures and high-quality execution. Responsibilities1)KPI & Performance ManagementMaintain and update KPI dashboards for CEO and leadership reviewTrack weekly/monthly performance across engineering, SRE, and operationsHighlight deviations, risks, and required interventionsDrive closure on action items arising from KPI reviewsEnsure KPIs stay aligned with evolving priorities and governance needs 2)JIRA Tracking & ConfigurationManage JIRA boards, issue workflows, and sprint/epic trackingEnsure correct ticket creation, tagging, linking, and SLA adherenceMaintain hygiene of JIRA dashboards and reporting viewsConfigure fields, filters, workflows, and automations as requiredTrain stakeholders on JIRA usage and enforce consistency3)Key Client CollaborationCoordinate with strategic Zeta clients on operational topics, releases, and escalationsTrack client‑impacting changes, incidents, demos, and dependenciesEnsure client commitments communicated via the CEO Office are executed reliablySupport preparation for client reviews, demos, and leadership interactionsAct as a bridge between internal teams and client stakeholders when required4)Calendar & Meeting ManagementReview calendars daily and ensure RSVPs are accurateSchedule meetings/calls based on leadership requestsMaintain meeting readiness with agendas, notes, and coordination5)Reporting & MetricsExecutive reporting for the CEO office stakeholders and clientsEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all reportSkillsStrong execution and delivery disciplineExcellent communication and senior stakeholder managementComfort working with external / enterprise clientsHigh proficiency in JIRA, including boards, dashboards, workflows, filters, and configurationsScrum/Agile knowledge preferredStrong analytical and KPI‑driven mindsetHigh ownership, attention to detail, and follow‑throughExperience and Qualifications2-4 years of total experienceProject/Program Management experience preferableExperience with B2B enterprise, SaaS / Cloud-based products is a strong plusExperience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Office preferredEqual OpportunityZeta is an equal opportunity employer.
