Tilfi is a design and craft-led luxury brand that produces handcrafted textiles, apparel and art of exceptional quality and craftsmanship.Tilfi’s Design team seeks individuals who can assist in creating exceptional clothing that celebrates the beauty and artistry of our textiles and showcases a timeless design sensibility.We want to build on Varanasi’s textile heritage as well as demonstrate its versatility through our range of traditional and contemporary apparel.Please note: This is a full-time, in-office internship, not a remote working role.What you'll do:Assist the fashion design team in the sampling process to support smooth execution from concept to final productMaintain organized records of design sketches, fabric swatches, and production details for easy referenceHelp archive completed collections and ensure all design documentation is up-to-dateAssist in sourcing, production, and styling for fashion shoots, and support brand communication initiativesWho you are:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion Design from a design instituteInternship or project experience in fashion design is a plus, especially in luxury or heritage segmentsDetail-oriented with a proactive, hands-on attitude and willingness to learnStrong interest in Indian crafts and textilesSketching and technical drawing skillsFamiliarity with design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
