The incumbent will work closely with bank acquiring teams, who are domain specialists, to expand Pine Labs’ footprint across issuing, acquiring, and digital payment ecosystems. The role owns bank relationships end-to-end, builds strong sales pipelines, and delivers sustainable business growth through structured, consultative engagements.Responsibilities we entrust you with:Own and manage end-to-end sales for assigned banking partners with a strong focus on offline acquiring use cases, including POS acquiring, merchant programs, EMI, UPI, BBPS, and allied digital payment solutionsEngage deeply with bank acquiring teams and offline payments stakeholders, demonstrating strong domain expertise and credibility in acquiring-led discussionsDrive revenue and growth targets through consistent pipeline generation, partner engagement, and deal closuresIdentify new monetization opportunities within banks for offline acquiring expansion, product adoption, upsell, and cross-sell initiativesCollaborate closely with product, solutions, marketing, and operations teams to deliver committed outcomes for acquiring-led programsPrepare and present business cases, proposals, RFP responses, pricing models, and partnership decks, especially for offline acquiring and merchant-focused initiativesTrack performance of live acquiring and payment programs; proactively resolve partner, operational, or commercial issuesStay abreast of industry, regulatory, and competitive developments in acquiring, merchant payments, and banking partnershipsSupport go-to-market launches and internal enablement for new acquiring, merchant, and banking offeringsBuild and nurture strong, multi-level relationships across bank acquiring, business, product, technology, and compliance teamsWhat matters in this role:9–14 years of experience in banking or fintech sales, with strong depth in acquiring, merchant payments, offline payment ecosystems, digital payments, or EMI/credit productsExcellent knowledge of acquiring, including offline acquiring models, merchant onboarding, settlement flows, and commercial constructs, with the ability to confidently engage bank acquiring specialistsStrong understanding of payment products, settlement flows, lending constructs, and bank partnership modelsProven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing large enterprise or banking accountsAbility to handle CXO-level commercial discussions while managing tactical, on-ground execution with acquiring and merchant teamsStrong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence specialist stakeholdersHighly driven individual with a strong ownership mindset and comfort operating in a fast-paced, execution-heavy environmentWhat we Value in Our peopleYou take the shot: You Decide Fast and You Deliver RightYou are the CEO of what you do: you show ownership and make things happenYou own tomorrow: by building solutions for the merchants and doing the right thingYou sign your work like an artist: You seek to learn and take pride in the work you do
