You’ll lead projects from brief to delivery, with a direct line to clients and real say in creative direction. Conjuring the concept and bringing it to life visually, end to end. The work spans brand strategy, visual identity, digital, and print production.Why this role, why now? We’re a small studio. You probably haven’t heard of us. What we offer that a bigger agency can’t: in one year here, you’ll work directly with more global clients, across more brand touchpoints, with more creative ownership, than most designers get in five years at a larger agency. If you want to move fast, build serious work, and work directly with founders who care, this could be the role. Some people will see this as a launchpad for a longer career. That’s a legitimate reason to take it, and we’re happy with that.What we're looking for: Must haves: A love of brand work A portfolio that demonstrates high quality brand design with a practical mindset. Show us the tensions you navigated in the strategy, or the considerations that shaped the work. You can do clean, systematic brand work and design with personality and craft. You enjoy making complex things look clear. A number of our projects involve investment pitch decks or technical content. You don’t need to be a data visualisation specialist, just comfortable presenting complex information well. A nuanced understanding of typography. You’ll happily spend hours on type foundries. You’re confident owning projects end to end. You’re tech and AI-forward, up for using the latest tools and experimenting with new ones. Strong on Figma. That’s our primary workspace.Nice-to-havesFramer, Webflow or equivalent, for the websites we build. Motion design. A strategic brand mindset, so you can carry a concept through to execution.
