Job Title: Project Manager – IT Business Applications (8 + years)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of IT Business Applications across onsite and offshore delivery models. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and governance standards.--- IMPORTANTCandidates should be immediate joiners or available within 15 days.Candidates should be flexible to travel.Work locations include both Offshore and Onsite opportunities.Our Offshore office is located in Hyderabad near Hitech City.Onsite location is Saudi Arabia.Candidates selected for onsite roles will receive per diem allowances apart from salary.We will provide travel expenses and accommodation for onsite placements.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Delivery & Execution· Manage end-to-end delivery of IT Business Application implementation projects.· Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.· Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with defined quality standards.· Monitor project progress and proactively address potential risks and issues.Onsite–Offshore Coordination· Act as the primary point of contact for onsite clients and stakeholders.· Coordinate effectively with offshore development and support teams.· Facilitate clear communication between cross-functional teams across different time zones.· Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.Scope & Risk Management· Define and manage project scope, change requests, and impact analysis.· Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.· Maintain risk registers and contingency plans.· Ensure adherence to governance, compliance, and security standards.Stakeholder Management· Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders.· Conduct steering committee meetings and executive updates.· Manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.· Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Quality & Governance· Ensure delivery as per defined quality processes and governance frameworks.· Oversee testing, validation, and user acceptance processes.· Drive continuous improvement and process optimization.· Ensure documentation is complete and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.---Required Skills & Qualifications· 8+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in Business Application implementations.· Strong experience managing onsite–offshore delivery models.· Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale IT projects.· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).· Experience with project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).· Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.· Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
