Be a part of the Hamari Asha family and contribute in making a difference.About the RoleHamari Asha Foundation is looking for a creative and socially driven Product Designer for the Home decor & Lifestyle category. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the social sector and interested in designing products while working closely with women artisans and craft-based production processes.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop new products in the home décor and lifestyle category, including prototypes and samples.Explore and source suitable materials for product development and production.Plan product collections based on seasonal trends and market demand.Manage production planning, order execution, and quality control.Streamline backend processes and inventory management.Train and coordinate with the Hamari Asha team and women artisans for product production.Identify opportunities for new product development and design innovation while supporting artisan livelihoods.Qualification:Strong creative thinking, design skills, and communication abilities.Ability to work closely with artisan communities and production teams.Experience working with crafts, textiles, or artisan-based products is preferred.Proficiency in digital tools (design software, presentation tools, etc.).Work portfolio is mandatory.Interested candidates can share their cv at
