You will own the configuration, design, and operational excellence of the HubSpot platform, enabling scalable and efficient marketing, sales, and customer lifecycle processes across the organization.You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable CRM systems. You will not just manage the platform but design and build HubSpot as an internal growth engine, driving automation, pipeline visibility, and data-driven decision-making.RESPONSIBILITIES:Own end-to-end administration of the HubSpot platform, including configuration, customization, and ongoing system enhancements.Design and build scalable CRM architecture including pipelines, lifecycle stages, deal structures, and data models.Configure and manage workflows, automation, lead routing, scoring, and nurturing campaigns across marketing and sales funnels.Translate business requirements into scalable CRM workflows, automation logic, and system behavior.Build and optimize end-to-end lead-to-revenue processes including lead capture, qualification, opportunity management, and customer lifecycle tracking.Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into pipeline, conversion, and revenue metrics.Manage integrations between HubSpot and other business systems (e.g., CPQ tools like DealHub CPQ, billing systems, third-party tools).Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across CRM and integrated systems.Drive automation and process standardization to improve efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.Act as the subject matter expert for HubSpot, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.Enable internal teams through training, documentation, and best practices to maximize platform adoption.Collaborate closely with leadership to align CRM strategy with Oolio’s growth and revenue objectives.REQUIREMENTS:Role: HubSpot Administrator / Senior HubSpot Administrator – Final role will depend on candidate experience and credentialsExperience: 5 – 10 Years (with strong hands-on experience in CRM administration, marketing automation, and RevOps systems)Education: Pref - MCA/B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech/M.E/M.STechnology Stack: HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub), CRM Systems, Marketing Automation, Workflow Automation, Integrations/APIs, Data & ReportingOther Requirements:Strong understanding of CRM lifecycle including lead management, pipeline management, deal tracking, and customer lifecycleProven experience configuring and managing HubSpot workflows, automation, and data structuresExperience building scalable CRM systems for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teamsStrong expertise in reporting, dashboards, and data-driven decision-makingExperience integrating HubSpot with external tools such as CPQ systems, billing platforms, and third-party applicationsStrong understanding of data governance, data hygiene, and CRM best practicesProven track record of partnering with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomesStrong sense of ownership and accountability—end-to-end system and process responsibilityCustomer-obsessed mindset: internal users must succeed with the platformComfortable operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments
