This role includes supervising staff, reviewing audit work, and serving as a key liaison between offshore teams and U.S. engagement leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise execution of audit engagements, including testing, documentation, and reviewLead planning, fieldwork, and wrap-up for assigned engagementsReview audit workpapers and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and GAASIdentify and resolve engagement and technical issuesTrain, mentor, and develop audit staff and seniorsCollaborate closely with U.S.-based managers and partnersSkills RequiredStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent analytical and technical expertiseAbility to manage multiple engagements simultaneouslyHigh attention to detail and quality standardsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsQualifications6–8 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferredCA/CPA preferred but not requiredAdvanced understanding of U.S. GAAP, auditing standards, and internal controlsExperience working with U.S. audit teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsBenefits & PerksHealth Insurance for you and your dependents including parentsProvident FundGenerous Leave Policy and Paid Holidays per Calendar Year
