Security Analyst L3Timing : US Business Hrs.Mode : WFH / WFODescriptionPerform incident response, threat hunting, and forensic assistance for complex security events. Provide security consulting and lead complex remediation projects. Assist team members by providing an escalation path for complicated issues and tickets.• Perform complex audit and vulnerability remediation projects• Implement security architecture to protect information systems and assets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security policies.• Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, standards and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.• Conduct risk assessments, identifying vulnerabilities and recommending security controls to mitigate potential threats.• Conduct cybersecurity tabletop exercises• Identify and assess vulnerabilities in systems and applications, and work with other teams to remediate identified issues.• Provide guidance on security best practices.• Stay up to date with the latest security threats, technologies, and best practices.• Work with other teams to ensure a consistent security posture.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Security Specialist based in the Pune Division, with partial remote work allowed. The Senior Security Specialist will be responsible for the implementation and management of cybersecurity protocols, physical security measures, network security frameworks, and overall information security strategies. Day-to-day tasks will involve monitoring security threats, responding to incidents, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with security standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and effective communication will be integral to this role.QualificationsProven expertise in Cybersecurity, with a focus on safeguarding digital assets and mitigating risksExperience in Physical Security, with the ability to manage and implement access control and physical threat assessmentsStrong understanding of Network Security, including securing firewalls, routers, and switchesKnowledge of Information Security protocols to ensure data integrity and complianceExcellent Communication skills to report security insights and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersRelevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CEH are a plusAbility to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing environmentsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldNote : For WFH, you should have your WFH Setup..Company DescriptionU&D Square Solutions Pvt.
