Basic CRM usage is not sufficient.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HubSpot CRM & Pipeline Specialist to manage, track, and optimize our deal flow. The role focuses on ensuring accurate pipeline visibility, improving conversion efficiency, and supporting M&A and advisory teams with data-driven insights.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the deal pipeline within HubSpot, ensuring all data is accurate, up-to-date, and consistently tracked.Monitor deal progression across stages and proactively follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates.Generate regular pipeline reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making by senior management.Identify bottlenecks in the deal lifecycle and recommend process improvements to enhance conversion rates.Coordinate with deal teams (M&A, advisory, and sales) to ensure proper documentation and data capture at each stage.Set up and manage CRM workflows, automation, and reporting structures within HubSpot.Ensure data integrity by conducting periodic audits and cleansing of CRM records.Support management with ad-hoc analysis, performance tracking, and pipeline forecasting.Assist in standardizing CRM usage across teams and provide guidance/training where required. Qualifications2–5 years of experience in CRM management, sales operations, or deal pipeline management.Prior experience in M&A, investment banking, consulting, or professional services is preferred.Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (mandatory).Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis).Experience in CRM automation, workflows, and reporting tools.Working knowledge of Power BI would be a strong advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).Proficiency in Arabic would be a strong plus.To apply Send Resume to with the subject line: /"HubSpot CRM Specialist /".
