The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and delivering high-quality visual designs for events, including stage setups, exhibition booths, and experiential spaces.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop innovative 2D and 3D design concepts for events, exhibitions, and brand activationsCreate detailed design layouts, models, and visual presentations based on client requirementsCollaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on design executionTranslate ideas into high-quality renderings and technical drawingsEnsure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining quality standardsAdapt designs based on feedback and project requirementsStay updated with the latest design trends and tools in the event industryRequired Experience5 to 10 years of relevant experience in 2D/3D designing, preferably in event/exhibition designTechnical SkillsProficiency in:SketchUpBlenderAutodesk 3ds Max / MayaUnreal EngineAutoCADAdobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorEducationNo specific graduation or post-graduation criteria mandatedRelevant certifications or specialized courses in design tools will be preferredKey CompetenciesStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentCapability to work under pressure and meet deadlinesHigh level of punctuality and accountabilityWillingness to learn and grow within the organizationCommunication SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishCompensationCompetitive salary with a good hike on the last drawn CTC, based on experience and skill set
