Creative Digital Manager (Freelance) | UK-Based Business (Remote – India)We are a UK-based property and investment group looking for a highly capable Creative Digital Manager to join us on a long-term freelance basis.This is not a basic admin role. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership across web, design, and social media, and deliver at a high standard consistently.What You’ll Be Doing1. Website Management (Wix Focused)* Build and manage websites using Wix* Create new websites from scratch* Maintain and update existing sites regularly* Improve user experience and presentation across all web platforms2. Graphic Design & Creative Work* Design high-quality: * Sales brochures * Funding packs * Company presentations* Enhance and edit images for marketing and listings* Maintain a consistent, premium brand look across all materials3. Social Media Management* Manage and grow presence across: * TikTok * Instagram * X * WhatsApp* Create and post engaging content* Improve reach, engagement, and overall brand presenceWorking Structure* Freelance role (not employment / not payroll)* Working for a Dubai-based company supporting a UK business* Must be comfortable operating independentlyWorking Days & Hours* Wednesday to Monday (6 days a week)* Tuesday off* 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (UK time)* 30-minute daily breakCompensation* First 3 months (trial period): ₹25,000 per month* Post trial: * ₹25,000 monthly fixed * ₹3,000/month retained as bonus * Bonus paid in full at end of 12 months (₹36,000 total)Important:* Bonus is only payable after completing 12 months* If either party ends the agreement early, bonus is not payableLeave* 20 days paid leave annuallyTravel Requirements* Must be able to travel to Delhi (minimum 3 times per year)* Must be open to travelling to Dubai or London at least once per yearNote:If you are unable or unwilling to travel when required, please do not apply.What We’re Looking For* Strong experience with Wix and website creation* Excellent graphic design skills (brochures, presentations, branding)* Confident with social media platforms and content creation* High attention to detail and ability to work independently* Reliable, consistent, and committed long-termWho This Role SuitsSomeone who:* Takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions* Enjoys creative work and building things from scratch* Wants long-term stability in a freelance structure* Is comfortable working with international teamsIf this sounds like you, send your portfolio + a short introduction.
