Company:Ri8 Solution Consultancy Pvt LtdLocation: Chennai / RemoteShift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (US Shift)Experience: 4–8 YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Backend / Web Services Engineer with strong expertise in JSON-based APIs, real-time systems, and scalable backend development.You will be responsible for building high-performance, production-grade web services and working on real-time data-driven applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop RESTful APIs and web services (JSON-based)Build scalable backend systems using Node.js (Express) or DjangoDevelop real-time systems using WebSockets / event-driven architectureIntegrate third-party APIs and external platformsImplement Redis caching for performance optimizationOptimize database queries (PostgreSQL / MongoDB)Develop secure authentication and authorization systemsDeploy and manage applications on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch)Ensure scalability, reliability, and high availabilityTroubleshoot production issues and participate in code reviewsRequired SkillsStrong experience in Backend Development & Web ServicesExpertise in JSON, REST APIs, and HTTP protocolsHands-on experience with Node.js (Express) or DjangoExperience with WebSockets / real-time data handlingStrong knowledge of Redis (caching, pub/sub)Experience with PostgreSQL or MongoDBUnderstanding of microservices & event-driven architectureKnowledge of API security (JWT, OAuth, etc.)Preferred SkillsExperience in high-throughput / real-time applicationsExposure to fintech / trading platforms / data streaming systemsFamiliarity with Docker, Nginx, and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with AWS cloud infrastructureKnowledge of distributed systems and concurrency handlingWho Can ApplyCandidates with 4–8 years of relevant backend/API experienceImmediate joiners are strongly preferredCandidates available to work in US shift (3 PM – 12 AM IST)How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their updated resume to with:Current CTCExpected CTCNotice Period / Availability to join
