The Broadcast Engineer cum Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining the technical and administrative operations of the radio station, ensuring smooth broadcasting and uninterrupted transmission. The role includes handling broadcast equipment, audio systems, IT infrastructure, and networking systems required for daily radio operations. The candidate will monitor studio and transmission systems, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain servers and broadcasting software, and provide IT support to the team.In addition, the role involves handling day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth functioning of office processes and coordination across departments.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations and basic maintenance of broadcast & audio equipmentProvide desktop support (hardware/software troubleshooting)Support IT infrastructure – OS, LAN, and user accessAssist with basic server/database monitoring and backupsMaintain technical logs and coordinate with vendorsSupport live studio and broadcast operationsHandle day-to-day administrative work and coordinationRequirementsWorking knowledge of broadcast/audio systemsBasic understanding of networking and operating systemsAbility to troubleshoot hardware and software issuesServer and backup awarenessCCNA is an added advantageQualification & ExperienceDiploma/Degree in Electronics, IT, Computer Engineering, or related fieldExperience in radio/broadcast environment preferredOR 1–2 years of IT experience (LAN & server maintenance)Interested candidates can share their CV at
