Our presence spans 1,500+ outlets across India and abroad, supporting a healthier lifestyle for families while fostering a healthier planet.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketing role based in Hyderabad. The Performance Marketing professional will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research for optimized campaign performance, and analyzing sales data to achieve business goals. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to align brand vision, enhancing customer engagement, and contributing to overall business growth by driving marketing initiatives.QualificationsAssist in setting up and managing campaigns on e-commerce and quick commerce.Monitor daily performance, spend, ROAS, and optimise campaigns to improve efficiency.Track KPI's like impressions, conversions, ACOS, CTR, and share weekly performance reports.Manage product listing, visibility, tags, and platform-specific requirements.Maintain documentation of campaign data, learning, and SOP's.Execution analysis optimisation.Strong Marketing Strategy and Market Research skills for driving effective campaigns.Experience in Communication and Customer Service to build strong relationships with stakeholders.Proven expertise in Sales to achieve and exceed performance goals.Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time with a focus on metrics and results.Proficiency in digital tools and analytics platforms is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
