JOB TITLE: ELECTRICAL & C&I PROJECT ENGINEERLocation: Noida / Project Sites (Pan-India Deployment) Department: Projects & EngineeringRole ObjectiveOwn end-to-end execution of Electrical and Control & Instrumentation (C&I) scope across projects—covering design validation, procurement support, site execution, and commissioning. This role is hands-on and delivery-driven, not desk-bound.Key Responsibilities1. Engineering & DesignPrepare and review E&I deliverables: P&IDs, Instrument Lists, Datasheets, Cable Schedules, Hook-up Drawings, Layouts Validate control philosophy, cause & effect diagrams, and process logic Interface with process and mechanical teams to ensure design alignment 2. System IntegrationWork on PLC/SCADA systems (Allen Bradley / Siemens) Configure communication protocols: Ethernet, Profibus, Profinet, HART Develop and troubleshoot control logic, interlocks, and PID loops 3. Procurement & Vendor ManagementSupport selection of instruments, VFDs, panels (MCC/PLC) Review vendor drawings and ensure compliance with specifications Coordinate inspections and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) 4. Site ExecutionSupervise installation of field instruments (PT, LT, TT, FT, analyzers, etc.) Oversee cable laying, termination, and panel erection Ensure adherence to project timelines and safety standards 5. Testing & CommissioningConduct calibration, loop checking, and pre-commissioning checks Execute PLC/SCADA commissioning and system integration Handle troubleshooting during startup and stabilization phase Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong hands-on experience in PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD systems Exposure to Allen Bradley / Siemens platforms (TIA Portal, Step7, RSLogix, etc.) Sound understanding of industrial communication protocols Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and control schematics Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office High ownership mindset with on-site problem-solving capability Experience & QualificationB.Tech in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering 2–5 years of relevant experience in E&I project execution Background in industrial automation / EPC / process industries preferred Key DeliverablesOn-time commissioning of E&I systems Zero major rework due to design or execution gaps Compliance with safety and quality standards Stable and optimized plant operations post commissioning CompensationAligned with market benchmarks and candidate capability (performance-linked upside expected)or share your CV at
