We inspire individuals and organisations to reach their full potential through tailored, market-proven solutionsRole OverviewThe SOP Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring that approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are being followed correctly in day-to-day operations.This role does not create SOPs and does not implement them - instead, it acts as a process auditor and monitoring authority, verifying real-time adherence, identifying deviations, and submitting compliance reports to management.The position plays a key role in maintaining operational discipline, accountability, and process standardization across the organisation.Key Responsibilities1. SOP Compliance MonitoringMonitor daily operations to ensure SOP adherenceVerify whether teams are following defined process stepsCheck task execution against documented guidelinesEnsure responsibilities and timelines are followed as per SOP2. Internal Process AuditsConduct routine and surprise SOP compliance auditsUse structured audit checklists to assess adherenceEvaluate process execution across departmentsCompare actual workflow vs documented procedures3. Deviation & Gap IdentificationIdentify where SOPs are not being followedDetect process shortcuts, delays, or skipped stepsDocument compliance failuresHighlight workflow inconsistencies4. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly SOP compliance reportsMaintain audit records and compliance tracking sheetsProvide department-wise compliance summariesPresent findings to management with clear observations5. Root Cause ObservationIdentify reasons for non-complianceRecord recurring process issuesHighlight systemic workflow problemsSupport management in understanding process risks6. Coordination & EscalationCoordinate with department heads regarding non-complianceShare audit findings with SOP ImplementersEscalate serious process failures to managementEnsure accountability for repeated violations7. Corrective Action TrackingTrack whether departments implement correctionsFollow up on unresolved compliance gapsMonitor improvements in process adherenceReduce repeated errors through tracking8.
