This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants real exposure to B2B marketing, client research, email campaigns, and outreach.Role OverviewWe are seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and confident Marketing Interns to help us engage and qualify leads generated through industry events, research, and outbound outreach.In this role, you will support the marketing and business growth team through email campaigns, prospect research, lead qualification, and cold outreach. This internship is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, research, relationship-building, and working in a fast-moving environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of email outreach and follow-up campaigns for leads generated through events, databases, and other channelsResearch prospective clients, including company background, industry, decision-makers, hiring trends, and potential business needsBuild and maintain clean, organized lead lists and contact databasesAssist with cold calling and first-level outreach to introduce TalentXM’s services and identify potential opportunitiesPersonalize messages and outreach based on prospect insightsTrack outreach activity, responses, and campaign performance in spreadsheets or CRM toolsWork closely with the team to identify high-potential leads and prioritize follow-upsHelp improve messaging, outreach templates, and lead nurturing processes based on resultsContribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and market engagementWhat We’re Looking ForStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfidence in speaking with new people over phone, email, or LinkedInGood research and analytical skillsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational abilityA proactive mindset with willingness to learn and take ownershipComfortable working independently in a flexible environmentPositive attitude, curiosity, and growth mindsetBasic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM or email tools is a plusPreferred BackgroundPursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, HR, or a related fieldInterest in B2B marketing, lead generation, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or business developmentPrior internship, campus ambassador, sales, or outreach experience is a plus, but not mandatoryWhat You’ll GainHands-on experience in B2B marketing and lead generationExposure to real campaigns and outbound growth strategiesPractical experience in research, outreach, and client engagementOpportunity to work in a flexible, accountable, and growth-oriented environmentMentorship and learning opportunities across marketing and business functionsImportant NoteThis is an unpaid internship designed as a professional development opportunity.
