The role is critical to ensuring accurate data collection, conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement across paid media platforms.The ideal candidate will work closely with paid media, analytics, product, and tech teams to design, implement, audit, and maintain tracking frameworks that support business and marketing objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPaid Media Tracking & TaggingImplement, manage, and maintain paid media tracking tags across platforms such as:Google AdsMeta (Facebook / Instagram)LinkedIn AdsProgrammatic platforms (DV360, etc.)Ensure accurate conversion tracking for leads, sales, microconversions, and custom events.Configure and validate remarketing, audience, and floodlight tags.Tag ManagementOwn end-to-end implementation using Google Tag Manager (Web & Server-side preferred).Create and manage:TriggersVariablesTagsCustom JavaScript (as required)Maintain a clean, scalable tagging architecture aligned with best practices.Analytics & MeasurementConfigure and manage GA4 events, conversions, parameters, and data layers.Ensure alignment between GA4, ad platforms, and CRM systems.Support attribution models, funnel tracking, and cross-domain tracking.Assist with troubleshooting data discrepancies between platforms.Quality Assurance & AuditsConduct regular tagging audits to ensure:Debug tracking issues related to:Broken tagsDuplicate firingAttribution mismatchesDocumentation & Stakeholder CommunicationCreate and maintain tracking documentation, implement guides, and change logs.Clearly explain technical tracking concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Support reporting and insights teams by ensuring data reliability.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience3-5 years of experience in paid media tagging, analytics implementation, or marketing technology.Proven experience working with performance marketing teams.Technical SkillsStrong hands-on experience with:Google Tag Manager (mandatory)Google Analytics 4 (GA4)Google Ads conversion trackingMeta pixel and CAPI (preferred)Good understanding of:HTML, CSS, JavaScript (for tagging use cases)Data layers and event-based trackingFamiliarity with:Server-side tagging (preferred)Analytical & Problem-Solving SkillsStrong debugging and troubleshooting skills.Ability to identify data gaps and tracking inconsistencies.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy.Soft SkillsExcellent communication and documentation skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, tech, and analytics teams.Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.Nice to HaveExperience with Floodlight, CM360, or DV360Exposure to advanced attribution modelsExperience in eCommerce or lead-generation businessesKnowledge of SQL or Big Query (basic)Thanks & RegardsInfosys BPM
