Known for blending global finesse with bold desi flavours, our handcrafted pizzas have earned a loyal cult following across Pune, Delhi, Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur, and Dubai. With 20+ outlets and counting, we are on track to reach 50 outlets by March 2026 and 100 by March 2027. As we expand rapidly across Indian markets, we are looking for a driven Franchise Manager to champion this growth journey.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Franchise Manager will be the critical link between Circle of Crust Pizza's corporate team and its growing network of franchise partners. This role is responsible for driving franchise expansion, onboarding new partners, ensuring operational excellence across outlets, and protecting brand standards - all while helping franchisees maximise profitability and deliver the signature 'Pizza But Better' experience.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFranchise Development & ExpansionIdentify and evaluate prospective franchise partners across target cities (Delhi, Mumbai, and beyond).Manage end-to-end onboarding — from inquiry and due diligence to site approval, agreement signing, and outlet launch.Maintain and grow the franchise pipeline to achieve outlet expansion targets (50 outlets by Mar 2026, 100 by Mar 2027).Evaluate investment proposals under both FOCO and CAPEX business models and guide prospects accordingly.Franchisee Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for all franchise partners, providing ongoing guidance, support, and motivation.Conduct regular outlet visits to assess performance, resolve issues, and strengthen relationships.Facilitate franchisee feedback loops to the corporate team to continuously improve systems and support structures.Coordinate with franchisees on revenue-sharing settlements and monthly billing under the 8% revenue share model.Operations & Brand StandardsEnsure all outlets adhere to Circle of Crust's operational SOPs, food quality benchmarks, and brand guidelines.Monitor KPIs including daily sales, customer ratings, food hygiene scores, and delivery performance.Support the Central Kitchen model to ensure consistent supply chain and ingredient quality across all outlets.Identify operational gaps and work with the ops team to deploy corrective action plans.Training & Launch SupportCoordinate pre-launch staff recruitment and training programmes for new franchise outlets.Work alongside the ops team during outlet launch phases, particularly during the 75% cost-support period (first 3 months).Facilitate ongoing training refreshers for franchise teams on new menu items, promotions, and service standards.Reporting & AnalyticsTrack and report on franchise performance metrics, payback timelines, and ROI benchmarks.Prepare weekly and monthly franchise health reports for senior leadership.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new city opportunities to inform expansion strategy.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORQualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).3–6 years of experience in franchise management, QSR operations, or retail/F&B expansion roles.Prior experience managing multi-outlet franchise networks is a strong advantage.Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with business partners/investors.Skills & CompetenciesStrong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse outlet P&Ls and drive profitability.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — you will be the face of Circle of Crust to our franchise partners.Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple franchise partners and projects simultaneously.Willingness to travel extensively across India for outlet visits, prospecting, and launches.Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting software.Entrepreneurial mindset — you should understand what it takes to run a business, because that's who you'll be working with.WHY JOIN CIRCLE OF CRUST?Be part of a rapidly scaling pizza brand with an ambitious vision - 100 outlets and beyond.Work directly with the founding leadership team in a high-impact, high-visibility role.A culture built on energy, creativity, and a deep love for great food and community.Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives tied to franchise expansion milestones.Opportunity to grow as the brand grows, this is a ground-floor leadership role.COMPENSATION & BENEFITSCompetitive fixed salary based on experience.Performance incentives linked to franchise closures, outlet launches, and partner retention.Health benefits as per company policy.
