We're growing, and we need a designer who thinks the same way we do.The RoleWe're looking for a T-Shirt & Apparel Graphic Designer who understands that less is more, but only when that less is deliberate. You'll work directly with the founder to concept, design, and refine graphics, placements, and seasonal collections that carry real identity.What You'll DoDesign T-shirt graphics, placement prints, and seasonal drop conceptsTranslate brand direction into clean, intentional visualsDeliver print-ready files (AI, PSD, PDF) with correct technical specsCollaborate on mood boards, colorways, and collection themesIterate based on feedback quicklyWhat We're Looking For2+ years of apparel / fashion graphic design experienceStrong portfolio showing restraint — minimal, typographic, or controlled bold work (no loud chaotic graphics)Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (must-have)Understanding of print techniques — DTG, screen print, embroidery specsAwareness of streetwear culture and premium fashion aestheticsAbility to take a brief and run with it independentlyBonus If You HaveExperience designing for Indian streetwear or premium fashion brandsKnowledge of GSM, fabric types, and how design translates to garmentMotion/lookbook design capabilityWhat RLOKO OffersCreative freedom within a strong brand visionDirect collaboration with the founder — no corporate layersPortfolio-worthy work with a brand that has a real identity
