Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced AI Architect (Solution Architect) to design, build, and scale advanced AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Azure cloud services, Databricks, and enterprise system integrations, along with the ability to translate business needs into robust AI architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Architecture & DesignDesign end-to-end AI/ML architectures using Azure Cloud services and the Databricks platformDevelop scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with enterprise standardsIntegrate AI solutions with enterprise systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) and Oracle databasesAI Solution Development & DeliveryLead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions from concept to productionDefine and implement AI guardrails (ethical AI, bias mitigation, data privacy, governance)Establish evaluation frameworks and metrics to measure model performance, reliability, and business impactRapid Prototyping & InnovationConduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate feasibility and demonstrate value of AI solutionsQuickly iterate on prototypes and refine solutions based on stakeholder feedbackCollaboration & LeadershipWork closely with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectivesProvide architectural guidance and mentorship to development teamsStay updated with emerging AI trends and technologiesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong experience in AI/ML architecture design and deploymentHands-on expertise with:Microsoft Azure (Azure ML, Data Factory, Synapse, etc.)Databricks (Spark, ML workflows, Delta Lake)Experience integrating AI solutions with:Salesforce (SFDC)Oracle Database systemsSolid understanding of:AI governance, guardrails, and responsible AI practicesModel evaluation techniques and performance metricsProven ability to develop and deliver rapid POCsStrong problem-solving and communication skills
