You will be responsible for setting the visual tone, ensuring high-quality design output, and mentoring the creative team to deliver impactful and innovative campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the visual identity and creative direction for client brands.Oversee design output across social media, digital campaigns, and branding.Design high-quality social media creatives, create reels, and motion graphics.Collaborate closely with content strategists and account managers for cohesive storytelling.Review and approve all creatives to ensure quality, consistency, and brand alignment.Mentor and guide junior designers and creative team members.Stay updated with design trends, formats, and platform innovations.Present creative ideas and concepts confidently to clients.Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work.Qualifications3–5 years of experience in graphic design/creative roles (agency experience preferred)Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and campaign work.Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout.Experience leading and managing creative teams.
