Technical Head( Quality control & Assurance ) -Fabrics & Home textiles manufacturing co at Palladam,Tiruppur Post: Technical Head ( Quality Assurance & Quality control )Location: Palladam,TirupurMinimum 10 years experience as a Technical Head in Fabrics & Home textiles industry.CTC: Maximum gross up to 75 K PMJob Description ∙Responsible for overall technical leadership of the woven fabrics and home textilesmanufacturing operations∙Ensures excellence in fabric engineering, process optimization, quality, innovation,and cost efficiency while meeting customer, regulatory, and sustainabilityrequirements∙Set quality standards from Raw material to finished goods∙Implement robust quality assurance and quality control systems.∙Address customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and ensurecorrective/preventive actions.∙Ensure compliance with buyer standards and certifications (OEKO-TEX®, ISO, REACH,etc.).∙Collaborate with sourcing and procurement on raw material specifications andvendor approvals∙Oversee all technical processes including weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing, andinspection.∙Establish and standardize operating procedures to ensure consistent quality.∙Coordinate with new product development (NPD) to evaluate new yarns,constructions, finishes, and technologies to improve product performance andaesthetics.∙Provide technical feasibility inputs for customer developments and custom projects.∙Monitor global textile trends and implement relevant innovations.
