As a Senior Specialist – Social Media Marketing, you will be supporting the Digital Marketing Director in implementing and continuously improving social media marketing and engagement for increasing brand awareness & aura, trust that further accelerates engagement, demand, and business growth with both our existing clients and future growth audiences. Demonstrate innovation in social media campaign strategy development and execution that helps with our brand, experience, engagement, and demand generation goals.You are a creative thinker, who sees the big picture, understands complex business problems, and solves it with non-standard, campaign ideas and strategies; and don't shy away from getting your hands dirty.Responsibilities:Plan social media strategy and content direction to support the need of the branding, product marketing, digital, and demand generation teams. Skyrocket our social media presence that primarily uses an organic and content approach layered with innovation and creative thinking. Develop social media strategy (primarily organic) that cuts through the clutter and drives meaningful conversations for the businesses. Our social media should positively complement our brands improving its image as, a ‘Reliable and Thought Leader’ brand further building ‘Trust and Authority’. Focus on amplifying the strategic priorities of the business via social media and content program – covering sectors, strategic solutions, and growth drivers – taking a buyer-based audience approach. A tenacious self-starter who can serve as a strong advocate for our business. Possess exceptional social media marketing and project management skills. Ability to be successful both as an individual contributor and in a team environment and will be able to perform at both strategic and tactical levels. Ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities, thrive on solving challenging problems, and not be afraid to challenge the status quo.
