This is a high-impact role offering true ownership across fund economics, financial operations, investor reporting, and firm-level decision-making — ideal for a senior finance leader who thrives in dynamic, fast-scaling environments.Key responsibilities: Partner with leadership on fund economics, budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategyOwn financial operations across funds and management entitiesOversee accounting, audits, tax compliance, and internal controlsManage fund activities including capital calls, distributions, LP reporting, and performance metricsMaintain portfolio financial data, valuations, and investor reportsSupport fundraising through financial analysis, track record reporting, and due diligenceStrengthen financial systems, reporting tools, and operational workflows Preferred Qualifications:10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, fund operations, or asset managementPrior exposure to VC/PE/funds strongly preferredProven experience managing complex financial environmentsStrong commercial judgment, communication, and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple strategic prioritiesPassion for technology and startup ecosystems
