Our team includes ML and engineering talent from top-tier US tech companies, the product is live with early customers, and we’re building fast. With our product already in the market, first clients onboarded, and sufficient runway secured, we are passionate about using AI to enhance access to credit information for businesses, we need someone to build the entire growth marketing engine from 0→1.Key Responsibilities1) Inbound Lead Generation + Performance MarketingBuild and own the inbound machine from scratch: SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, landing pages, email funnels.Set up programmatic SEO for company data pages to build a long-term organic traffic moat.Design and execute email nurture sequences that convert free-tier signups to paid customers.2) SEO + Content MarketingOwn keyword strategy, content calendar, and editorial output - 8–12 long-form articles per month targeting credit, compliance, and due diligence keywords.Create lead magnets: whitepapers, compliance toolkits, industry reports, downloadable checklists.Build comparison pages and landing pages that position Credhive against incumbents.3) Brand + MessagingOwn Credhive's brand positioning - how we show up on LinkedIn, the website, landing pages, cold emails, and conferences.Create and maintain a consistent visual and verbal identity across all touchpoints.4) Growth ExperimentsRun experiments across: Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, webinars, referral programmes, partnership channels, community.Build dashboards for CAC, LTV proxies, funnel conversion, channel performance. Kill what doesn't work. Double down on what does.5) Marketing Ops + AnalyticsBuild weekly and monthly reporting: traffic, signups, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline value, ROAS by channel.Own lead scoring and handoff process between marketing and sales.Qualifications3–6 years in growth marketing or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS or fintech company. 0→1 experience strongly preferred.Hands-on with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs/Semrush), and email marketing platforms - you run campaigns yourself, not brief an agency.Strong analytical comfort: funnel modelling, Excel/Sheets, dashboards; SQL or BI tools are a plus.Excellent writing: you can draft a blog post, a landing page, a cold email, and an ad copy — all in the same afternoon.High ownership + speed: you go from idea → execution without waiting for perfect clarity.
