Job OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence as well as handling marketing activities for our clients. The role requires a mix of creative skills, marketing strategy, and fieldwork for business development.Key Responsibilities1. Social Media ManagementManage and handle social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Plan and execute content calendarsMonitor engagement and respond to queries/messages2. Creative Content DevelopmentDesign creatives, banners, and promotional postsCreate videos, reels, and short-form contentEnsure brand consistency across all digital platforms3. Digital Campaign ManagementPlan and run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)Optimize campaigns for performance and ROIAnalyze campaign performance and generate reports4. Client HandlingCoordinate with clients for digital marketing requirementsExecute campaigns and strategies for client businessesMaintain regular communication and reporting5. Field Work & Business DevelopmentVisit clients for meetings, presentations, and supportIdentify and onboard new digital marketing clientsPromote company services and generate leadsRequired Skills & QualificationsBasic to intermediate knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and platformsExperience in Social Media Handling & Campaign ManagementSkills in Graphic Designing (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)Ability to create videos/reels (basic editing skills required)Good communication and client handling skillsSelf-motivated and target-orientedOther RequirementsMust be willing to work in field for client visits and business developmentMust have own two-wheeler and valid driving licenseAbility to manage both office and field responsibilitiesPreferred Experience1–3 years in Digital Marketing (Freshers with strong skills can also apply)Key TraitsCreative thinkerProactive and responsibleGood presentation skillsAbility to work independently
