Network & System Administrator (L2 / L3)Company Description Sarbajira Software Pvt Ltd is a growing IT consulting organization delivering infrastructure, cloud, and technical support services to global customers. We are looking for an experienced technical professional who can manage enterprise systems, network infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 environments while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Network & System Administrator (L2 / L3) located in Chennai.The candidate will be primarily responsible for network administration, Windows administration, Microsoft 365 administration, and technical support, while working in a 24/7 support environment.The role also involves handling calls, chats, and email-based support as part of daily operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall, switches, and routersTroubleshoot network performance, connectivity, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP issuesAdminister and maintain Windows servers and desktop environmentsManage Active Directory, Group Policy, user permissions, and access controlHandle Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePointMonitor server performance, backups, updates, and patch managementProvide L2 / L3 technical support for escalated infrastructure issuesHandle incident, problem, and change management through ITSM toolsHandle Calls, Chats and EmailsSupport end users and coordinate with internal teams for issue resolutionRequired SkillsStrong experience in Network AdministrationStrong knowledge of Windows Administration / Windows ServerStrong experience in Microsoft 365 / Office 365 AdministrationGood understanding of Active Directory and Group PolicyExperience in network monitoring and troubleshooting toolsKnowledge of system security and access managementStrong troubleshooting and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsQualificationsAny Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field7+ years of experience in technical infrastructure supportExperience supporting international customers preferredAdditional / Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Azure AD / Entra IDITIL Certification preferredExperience in MSP or global support environmentBasic scripting knowledge is an advantageWork DetailsLocation: ChennaiWork Mode: On-siteWork Schedule: 5 days a weekShift: 24/7 rotational shiftsApplication RequirementImmediate joiners preferred (candidates who can join within 30 days)
