Motion Graphic ArtistWe're looking for a motion designer who doesn't just make things move — they make things feel. If you obsess over timing, typography, and sound design as much as the visuals themselves, and you're comfortable integrating 3D product assets into polished video content, this one's for you.What You'll Do• Create high-quality motion graphics for social media, ads, and brand content — using footage, icons, and AI-generated B-rolls.• Design and animate on-screen typography for key brand messaging that's clear, punchy, and on-brand.• Source and integrate SFX and background music that complement the visual tone and pacing of each piece.• Work with provided GLB files to integrate 3D product renders into After Effects compositions seamlessly.• Collaborate with the creative and influencer marketing teams to translate briefs into compelling visual stories.• Maintain consistency across all output in terms of brand aesthetics, colour palette, and motion language.• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines without compromising quality.• Stay current on motion design trends, AI tooling, and platform-specific content formats (Reels, YouTube Shorts, ads).What We're Looking For• 2+ years of hands-on experience in motion graphics and video editing.• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects — non-negotiable.• Experience working with 3D assets (GLB/GLTF files) within After Effects or similar pipelines.• A good ear for sound — comfortable selecting and layering SFX and background music to enhance storytelling.• Solid typographic sensibility: you know when a font, size, or animation style is working and when it isn't.• Familiarity with AI B-roll tools (Runway, Pika, Kling, or similar).• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or CapCut for final assembly.• A portfolio that demonstrates range product-focused content, social ads, brand films, or similar.• Preferred background in D2C, wellness, nutrition, FMCG, or lifestyle brands.Good to Have• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or any 3D tool for asset prep or rendering.• Understanding of performance content formats — what works in a 6-sec bumper vs. a 30-sec pre-roll.• Ability to contribute to scripting or storyboarding in the early stages of a brief.• Awareness of platform specs and export requirements across Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads.Why Join Us• Creative-first environment where your work is seen — not buried in a corporate approval chain.• Fast-growing [D2C / wellness / FMCG] brand with a strong visual identity to build on.• Exposure to full-funnel content: from organic social to performance ads.• Competitive salary + scope to grow into a senior or lead creative role.To apply, share your CV and portfolio (or a Google Drive / Behance link) to
