We are looking for a Cable Laying Supervisor with hands-on experience in EHV/HT cable laying projects (33kV–220kV) to manage on-site execution.Key Responsibilities: • Supervise cable laying activities (trenching, HDD, ducting, pulling, termination support) • Ensure proper handling, routing, and protection of cables • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site teams • Maintain daily site progress and basic reporting • Ensure safety practices and quality standards at siteRequirements: • Experience in EHV/HT cable laying (mandatory) • Knowledge of site execution methods and cable handling • Basic understanding of measurements / billing support • Ability to manage manpower and site coordination
