Job Summary:We are seeking an International Marketplace Manager to establish, manage, and grow our brand presence across leading marketplaces in the USA and UK, including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. The role requires expertise in cross-border e-commerce operations, cataloging, compliance, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and experienced in scaling brands on international platforms, with a primary focus on the North American and UK marketsKey Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon US, Amazon UK, Walmart, and eBayOversee product listings, A+ content creation, keyword optimization, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates tailored for USA & UK marketsPlan and execute promotional campaigns, deals, and platform-specific ads aligned with local market trendsMonitor and improve product visibility, search rankings, ratings, reviews, and overall brand presenceAnalyze international sales performance, ad spends, returns, and customer insights, delivering actionable reportsEnsure compliance with marketplace regulations, taxation, and required documentation for USA & UKCoordinate with logistics providers and warehouses for smooth cross-border fulfillment, returns management, and Prime-eligible shipping (FBA/WFS/eBay Global Shipping Program)Work closely with design, content, and product teams to localize content for the US and UK audiencesMaintain monthly reporting of KPIs such as sales, advertising ROAS, commissions, and account healthResearch new opportunities within the USA & UK digital retail landscape, including emerging marketplaces and partnershipsKey Requirements:Graduate in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a relevant field2–4 years of proven experience handling USA & UK e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, eBay)Strong knowledge of FBA, WFS, and global logistics processesProficiency in Excel, analytics dashboards, and reporting toolsExperience with SEO/keyword tools for marketplace optimization (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.) is a plusFamiliarity with US & UK trade regulations, VAT, customs, and compliance documentationStrong analytical, organizational, and project management skillsAbility to adapt to fast-paced international market dynamics and work across time zones
