Serving globally recognized brands like Tesla, Ferrari, Volvo, and Audi, the company delivers innovative and cost-effective solutions to accelerate client time-to-market while maintaining scalability and reliability.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Quotation Engineer with strong expertise in tooling costing and RFQ management for Injection Molds and Die Casting molds, Checking fixture, Cutting tool, The role involves end-to-end handling of quotation processes—from feasibility analysis to final submission—ensuring accurate costing, competitive pricing, and alignment with technical and manufacturing requirements. The ideal candidate will work closely with design, tool room, vendors, and internal stakeholders to deliver precise and timely quotations.Experience Required: 5–10 YearsKey Responsibilities:Analyze 2D/3D drawings and evaluate feasibility for tooling and part developmentPrepare quotations for:Injection mouldsDie casting diesDevelop preliminary mould layout concepts for accurate costingPrepare detailed cost breakdown including:Core & cavityHot runner systemsRaw materialsMachining & processing costsCycle time estimationHandle RFQs end-to-end (feasibility to final submission)Coordinate with design team, tool room, vendors, and internal stakeholdersPrepare and maintain:BOM (Bill of Materials)Cost sheets & quotation presentationsCAD comparison reportsTrack raw material pricing trends and update costing accordinglySupport trial and production sample planning when requiredMust-Have Skills:Strong understanding of Injection Moulding and/or Die Casting processesHands-on experience in tooling costing, estimation & RFQ handlingKnowledge of tool construction and mould design fundamentalsFamiliarity with hot runner systems and material selectionProficiency in MS Excel for costing and analysisWorking knowledge of UG NX / AutoCAD / CATIA (preferred)Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skillsCandidate Profile:5–10 years of experience in tool quotation / costingBackground in:Plastic injection moulding ORDie casting tooling ORTool room / mould manufacturingDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to manage multiple RFQs and meet tight deadlines
