Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced SAP REFX Functional Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (REFX). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementation, support, configuration, and integration of SAP REFX solutions with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, and PM. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, provide functional solutions, and support end-to-end project delivery. Required Skills: Minimum 8+ years of SAP functional consulting experience. Strong hands-on experience in SAP REFX configuration and support. Good understanding of SAP FI/CO integration. Experience in at least 1–2 end-to-end SAP REFX implementations. Knowledge of lease accounting processes and real estate business workflows. Experience in preparing functional specifications and coordinating with ABAP teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Key Responsibilities: Gather and analyze business requirements related to Real Estate and Property Management processes. Configure and support SAP REFX functionalities including: Lease-In / Lease-Out Contract Management Rent Calculation Service Charge Settlement Security Deposit Management Real Estate Master Data Work on end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. Integrate SAP REFX with SAP FI/CO, MM, PM, and other related modules. Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and coordinate with technical teams. Conduct system testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production support activities. Provide user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions. Ensure compliance with business processes and organizational policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across global regions.
