This role requires strong technical skills, project management capability, and the ability to mentor junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesLead audit engagements from planning through completion in accordance with U.S. GAAP and GAASPerform and review audit procedures, including controls testing, substantive testing, and analytical proceduresCoordinate daily engagement activities, including planning, fieldwork, and wrap-upReview workpapers prepared by staff and provide constructive feedbackMentor and supervise audit associatesCommunicate effectively with U.S.-based managers and team membersSkills RequiredStrong organizational and project management skillsExcellent attention to detail and technical proficiencyAbility to manage multiple engagements and deadlinesEffective written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to high-quality client serviceQualifications3–5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm preferredNonprofit audit experience is a plusCA/CPA preferred but not requiredIn-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP, GAAS, and audit methodologiesExperience supporting U.S.-based audit teamsBenefits & PerksHealth Insurance for you and your dependents including parentsProvident FundGenerous Leave Policy and Paid Holidays per Calendar Year
