Job Description

We are hiring a Brand AI Visibility Specialist to lead and execute strategies that improve how brands are discovered, interpreted, and recommended across generative AI platforms, including ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity AI, and Claude.This is a technical, research-driven role focused on understanding how large language models (LLMs) retrieve, rank, and surface brand-related information, and systematically improving those signals.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct structured audits of brand visibility across AI platforms, including presence, positioning, and citation patternsDevelop and implement entity optimization strategies across knowledge graphs, structured data, and authoritative external sourcesDesign and maintain schema markup frameworks to improve machine readability and entity disambiguationIdentify, evaluate, and strengthen high-impact citation sources (e.g., publications, directories, databases) referenced by LLMsBuild and manage workflows to track brand mentions and citations across AI platforms over timeCollaborate with SEO and content teams to align outputs with how generative AI systems interpret and retrieve informationAnalyze and adapt to changes in retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), indexing behavior, and citation logic across platformsRequired QualificationsProven experience in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), entity SEO, or AI visibility strategyStrong understanding of how LLMs retrieve, weight, and surface information in generated responsesHands-on experience with structured data, schema markup, and knowledge graph optimizationFamiliarity with entity ecosystems such as Wikipedia, Wikidata, and Google Knowledge PanelsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose visibility gaps and execute solutionsAbility to work independently in a fast-evolving, ambiguous environmentPreferred QualificationsBackground in digital PR, authority building, or programmatic content distributionExperience with RAG systems and their impact on information retrieval and citationFamiliarity with tools or custom pipelines for monitoring AI-generated brand mentionsUnderstanding of how crawlability, content architecture, and source authority influence LLM outputsRole ContextThis role sits at the intersection of SEO, data structuring, and AI systems.
