Conduct thorough root cause analysis of software complaints using phone call notes, application logs, and application documentation. Apply advanced knowledge of connectivity protocols, including Bluetooth, TCP/IP sockets, Serial communication, and Wi-Fi networks, to diagnose and resolve complex communication issues between devices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both onsite and offsite, to address high-profile quality issues. Coordinate closely with software experts to ensure seamless resolution of technical challenges impacting critical insulin management systems. Compile detailed analysis findings in compliance with established process requirements and software development lifecycle standards. Provide actionable insights to support process improvements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
