Role Overview:We are seeking a Finance, Accounts & Compliance Officer to manage end-to-end accounting, taxation (direct & indirect), and statutory compliance. The role involves handling GST responsibilities for a manufacturing setup along with accounting operations for an IT business.Responsibilities:Manage GST compliance for manufacturing operations, including returns, ITC reconciliation, audits, and assessmentsOversee day-to-day accounting activities as per applicable accounting standards (Local GAAP)Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including reconciliationsManage banking operations, including vendor payments, tax payments, and external commercial borrowings (ECB)Maintain General Ledger and perform GL reconciliationsSupport MIS reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting processesEnsure compliance with TDS, GST, corporate tax, and other statutory requirementsCoordinate and manage statutory, tax, transfer pricing, and group auditsLiaise with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authoritiesDrive month-end and year-end closing processesQualifications: Education detailsRequired Skills:Strong hands-on experience in GST and taxationGood understanding of accounting principles and compliance requirementsExperience with Tally (preferred; training can be provided if needed)Proficiency in MS ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and stakeholder management abilitiesInterested candidates can share their profiles to
