The role involves driving sales growth by building strong relationships with painters, contractors, builders, architects, and retailers. The candidate will actively engage in field visits, store activities, and customer interactions to expand market presence. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets Build and maintain relationships with painters, contractors, builders, and retailers Conduct minimum 2 site visits daily to generate business opportunities Spend at least 2 hours daily at assigned retail stores Organize weekly shop meetings with applicators and customers Promote products and increase brand visibility Submit daily sales reports through the online system Requirements Minimum qualification:12th pass (Graduate preferred) Minimum of 0–1 year experience in field sales/channel sales (Paints, Laminates, Plywood, Electrical, Lubricants preferred) Freshers or candidates from Banking/Insurance sales can apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-oriented and self-motivated Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Must be fluent in local language Only male candidates (18–30 years) Candidates must be from Mednipur
