Experience: Fresher / 1-2 Year Job Location: Bangalore Qualification: Under Graduate / Post Graduate Language: English & Hindi Roles & Responsibilities: Plan and execute outreach initiatives across colleges, exam centres, events, and offline marketing channels in Chennai, Coimbatore, and Tambaram to create awareness, generate leads, and strengthen brand presence. Coordinate with agencies, vendors, venues, and internal stakeholders for seamless execution of on-ground promotions, events, branding activities, and marketing campaigns. Manage end-to-end operations and logistics , including scheduling visits, orientation sessions, promotional material distribution, manpower planning, installations, and event setup. Identify new outreach and marketing opportunities across districts and untapped locations to expand reach and improve engagement. Monitor, track, and report activity outcomes , including leads generated, student interest, attendance, campaign coverage, and overall effectiveness of initiatives. Key Skill Required: Good communication in Tamil & English. Prior experience in field marketing / education sector preferred. Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
