Brand & Content Strategist This role is for someone who can create the strategy, not just execute a content plan created by someone else.” About this role We’re building brands from the ground up across health, wellness, and FMCG across both premium and mass segments. You’ll own strategy, voice, content, and campaigns end-to-end, with creative freedom and responsibility. This role spans integrated strategy across social, influencer, and campaign-led content from DVCs and GTM launches to meme marketing and stealth seeding. You craft distinct narratives, build scalable brand identities, and hold the creative bar for everything that goes out. You are not a content writer waiting for briefs. You are the person who creates the brief, writes the content, sets the creative direction, and makes it perform. What You Own: ·       Brand voice and positioning: maintaining distinct identities across premium and mass-market products ·       All copywriting: social captions, Reel scripts, DVC scripts, carousel copy, LinkedIn posts, website copy, emailers, packaging copy ·       Campaign ideation and execution: DVCs, GTM launches, meme and stealth marketing, cultural moments ·       Content systems, planning, and performance review, weekly analysis of what worked and what to improve ·       Creative briefs for designer and video editor, clear enough to execute without hand-holding ·       Competitive monitoring, tracking what relevant brands and creators are doing What we are looking for: ·       You have strong taste and can distinguish between premium and generic brand communication.” ·       You think in content systems, not individual posts ·        You can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution, from idea to copy to rollout ·        You understand that content must perform, not just look good, but drive reach, saves, shares, or conversion ·        You can hold and switch between two distinct brand voices without flattening them ·        You are self-directed, you don’t wait for instructions on what to post or build next This Role Is NOT: ·       A social media posting job where someone tells you what to publish ·       An SEO content writing position focused on blog articles and keywords ·       An agency account management role coordinating between clients and creative teams ·       A production or art direction role ·       A role with a senior manager above you Mandatory Experience: ·       2-5 years in content strategy, brand strategy, or creative strategy ·       Demonstrated social media growth (show us a page you built with before/after numbers) ·       Experience scripting Reels, DVCs, or short-form video content (show us a piece of content you created you are proud of) ·       Work on at least one premium or lifestyle brand ·       Strong writing across formats, a 10-word hook and a 500-word LinkedIn post with equal quality ·       Category experience in health, wellness, beauty, skincare, fitness, lifestyle, or premium D2C preferred Attach with Application (Optional but Recommended) Link to a social media page you’ve grown , with your role and key metrics (before/after) Show us a piece of content you created , along with what it achieved and why it worked A 3-line pitch:  How would you launch a premium health brand on Instagram from zero?
