KRA: Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms to drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and long-form formats, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Design visually compelling creatives using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Filmora, and basic Photoshop to produce professional, on-brand content. Plan, schedule, and publish content using social media management tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social. Monitor and analyze performance metrics including engagement rate, reach, impressions, follower growth, and content performance to optimize future campaigns. Conduct market and competitor research to stay updated on industry trends, viral formats, and emerging content opportunities. Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and brand-appropriate manner. Coordinate with the performance marketing team to support and execute paid social media campaigns when required. Prepare and present monthly social media performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations. Manage online reputation by tracking brand mentions, reviews, and audience sentiment across platforms. Job Knowledge (Prerequisite): Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends Creative mindset with a good eye for design and storytelling Hands-on experience with social media tools and analytics Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns is an advantage Excellent communication and community management skills Data-driven approach with the ability to translate insights into action Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field Experience: 3–7 years of relevant experience in social media marketing (can be flexible for strong portfolios) Pls share your cv at
