Marketing Automation Specialist We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Automation Manager who knows how to accelerate growth through scalable, data-backed marketing programs. You thrive at the intersection of creativity and analytics — equally comfortable crafting high-converting email journeys as you are diving into campaign performance data. You will own the full lifecycle of multi-channel automation: from strategy and build to execution and optimization. Role & Responsibilities Campaign Management  Plan, build, and launch end-to-end email, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns — from asset development and audience segmentation to deployment and performance analysis.  Set up and manage nurture campaigns on LeadSquared and WebEngage using multi-stream workflows, behavioral triggers, and automation best practices.  Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates. Growth & Lead Generation  Drive lead conversion by designing personalized, segment-specific nurture tracks tailored to different stages of the customer journey.  Activate and manage app push notifications across user cohorts; track engagement, drop-offs, and downstream actions.  Advise internal stakeholders on best practices for lead generation, deliverability, and audience targeting. Reporting Attribution  Deliver clear, actionable campaign performance reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly cadence.  Implement and maintain campaign tracking and attribution frameworks using UTM parameters and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Technical Execution  Develop optimized HTML landing pages and email templates, ensuring responsiveness across mobile and desktop.  Ensure campaigns are optimized for deliverability, inbox placement, and conversion. Requirements  2–3 years of hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms such as LeadSquared, WebEngage, Netcore, CleverTap, or Gupshup.  Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and present findings clearly.  Solid understanding of performance marketing concepts including attribution, funnel optimization, and audience segmentation.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.  Tech-savvy with a curiosity for emerging tools and a commitment to continuous
