Remote | Part-Time/Freelance | 10,000–20,000 INR/month Flow Media is hiring an Operations Manager We're a football-focused social media agency helping soccer academies in the US, UK, and Australia grow through high-performing content. We're scaling fast, and we need someone to keep the engine running behind the scenes. This is not a passive role. You'll be the operational backbone of the agency — managing client communication, coordinating our creative team, and making sure every project lands on time. What you'll be doing: • Acting as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication • Bridging the gap between clients and our video editors and graphic designers • Acquiring footage, following up on shoots, and keeping clients accountable to their content schedule • Logging and communicating revision requests to the team • Maintaining our Airtable database, content calendars, and client portal • Onboarding new clients — collecting brand assets, account access, and briefing the team • Scheduling and posting content for clients on relevant plans • Sending deliverables for client approval and following up --- What we're looking for: • 1-3 Years of Experience in Social Media Operations Strong communicator — clear, professional, and reliable • Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail Must be Interested in Football • Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously • Familiar with tools like Airtable, Notion, or similar project management platforms • Able to work independently without needing to be micromanaged Must know how to work with AI (Claude, bonus for Video and Image Models) --- Bonus points if you have: • Experience in a social media or creative agency environment • Understanding of Instagram content workflows and scheduling • A genuine interest in football --- What you get: • 10,000–20,000 INR/month (based on experience) - Income Growth every 3-6 months (based on Performance) • Fully remote • A front-row seat to a growing agency working with football academies worldwide • Real ownership of your role from day one --- If you're organised, proactive, and want to be part of something that's genuinely growing — send us a DM or apply below.
