About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern who can blend storytelling with execution. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing fundamentals and is comfortable creating content — including appearing in front of the camera. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and performance channels Create engaging content for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms Appear in front of the camera for reels, brand videos, and promotional content Assist in content strategy, storytelling, and brand communication Work on lead generation, funnel optimization, and campaign performance tracking Support community building initiatives (WhatsApp, social platforms, etc.) Collaborate on partnerships, events, and influencer marketing activities Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements Requirements Prior internship experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / PR (mandatory) Strong understanding of social media trends and content creation Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera Basic knowledge of performance marketing, ads, or growth strategies Good communication and storytelling skills Creative mindset with a data-driven approach Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, or AI tools is a plus Preferred Background Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related fields Candidates with experience in travel, hospitality, or lifestyle brands will be a plus What You’ll Gain Hands-on exposure to real marketing campaigns and brand building Opportunity to work on content + performance marketing together Practical experience in AI tools and marketing automation A fast-paced environment with high ownership and learning
