Role Overview We’re looking for a hands-on Paid Ads Specialist (1–3 yrs exp) who can execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. This role is ideal for someone who has already managed campaigns and wants to scale budgets, improve performance, and grow fast . Key Responsibilities: Execute and manage paid campaigns: Google Ads (Search, Display, basic YouTube) Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) Monitor daily performance and optimize for: CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA Perform keyword research and audience targeting Create and test ad copies and creatives Track conversions using Google Tag Manager Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics 4 Prepare basic weekly performance reports Identify underperforming campaigns and improve them Requirements Experience: 1–3 years in PPC / Paid Ads / Performance Marketing Must-Have Skills: Hands-on experience with Google Ads Basic working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Understanding of key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPA Basic knowledge of conversion tracking (via GTM or platform pixels) Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets Good to Have: Experience in lead generation campaigns Exposure to landing page optimization Familiarity with A/B testing What We’re Looking For Someone who has managed ₹1L–₹3L/month ad budgets Can execute campaigns independently (with some guidance) Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Data-driven mindset (not just campaign setup)
